Behind the Flower Honey
The hives are often located in areas with very different vegetation. Here, bees buzz around and suck nectar from many different types of flowers. Therefore, flower honey is often a mixture of nectar from many different flowers. Depending on the weather, location and season, the flower honey will vary in scent, taste, colour and texture.
