Jakobsen’s Acacia Honey is a light and elegant honey with a mild, well-rounded sweetness and notes of vanilla and tropical fruit. It is made from the nectar of acacia flowers, which gives the honey a pure and delicate flavor profile. Its naturally runny consistency makes this honey particularly well-suited for professional kitchens, where it is easy to measure out and work with in both cold and hot preparations.
Honey is a natural product, and crystallization may occur over time. Gently heat it in a water bath to restore its runny consistency.
