Jakobsens Danish Liquid Honey is a mild and harmonious honey with a slightly fruity and aromatic flavor. Its golden color and naturally liquid consistency make it particularly well-suited for professional kitchens, where it is easy to measure out and work with.
The honey is ideal for marinades and dressings, where it adds a balanced sweetness. At the same time, it serves as a versatile ingredient in both cold and hot dishes—from glazes to baked goods and serving—where it adds a rounded and natural sweetness.
Honey is a natural product, and crystallization may occur over time. Gently heat it in a water bath to liquefy the honey again. Honey should not be given to children under 1 year of age.
