Ingredients
- 2½ dl skyr
- 1½ dl milk
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 2 tsp. Jakobsens Organic Acacia Honey
- 1 tsp. finely grated fresh ginger
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Preparation
Lassi is an Indian yoghurt drink with ginger, cinnamon, skyr and honey that warms both body and soul. The recipe is both quick and simple to make.
1. Put the skyr, milk, ice, salt, honey and ginger in a blender.
2. Blend the mixture at high speed for about 30 seconds.
3. Pour the lassi into 2 large glasses and top with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
The lassi can be drunk on its own or as a drink with, for example, a spicy rice dish.
