Ginger tea with turmeric and acacia honey

Ingredients

  • 4 dl water
  • 1 tbsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. ground turmeric
  • ½ lemon, juice - if you have an organic lemon, feel free to grate the peel as well.
  • 2 tbsp. Jakobsens Acacia Honey
  • 25 g fresh ginger for garnish

Preparation

1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil for about 10-15 minutes.

2. Sieve out the worst of the sediment with a sieve.

3. If you find it too harsh, you can mix 1:1 with boiling water.

4. Add one or two slices of ginger for garnish.
