Ingredients
- 350 g ripe blackberries
- 1 bottle of tasty red wine
- 2 dl Jakobsens Organic Agave Syrup - Light
- 3 dl vodka
Preparation
1. Rinse the blackberries well and soak them in a tall glass of red wine. Then put it in the fridge.
2. After 2 weeks, filter the juice through a cloth into a sieve (the berries can be blended and used as jam).
3. Add agave syrup and vodka to the filtered red wine. Pour the liqueur into nice glasses and put them in a dark and cool place.
4. They should stand for a month before drinking (preferably longer).
