Ingredients
- Flapjack:
- 250 g Jakobsens Organic Acacia Honey
- 300 g Jakobsens Coarse Rolled Oatmeal
- 200 g spelt flakes
- 50 g 70% chocolate
- Smoothie:
- 200 g Greek yoghurt
- 100 g sea buckthorn
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g Jakobsens Organic Acacia Honey
- 2 bananas
- 100 g ice cubes
Preparation
Flapjack:
1. Heat the oven to 130 degrees.
2. Coarsely chop the chocolate.
3. Mix all 5 ingredients together.
4. Put the mixture in a mould that fits so that the mixture is about 2 cm thick.
5. Place the tin in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes. until the mixture is firm.
6. Cool the mass and cut it into suitable pieces
Smoothie:
1. Boil the sea buckthorn and sugar to a syrup.
2. Blend the ingredients and sieve the mixture.
3. Mix all ingredients together in a blender (omit all the sea buckthorn syrup).
4. Flavour with sea buckthorn syrup.
