Ingredients
- 100 g lemon juice
- 40 g sugar
- 60 g Jakobsens Everyday Honey
- 1 sheet of husblas
- 80 g past. egg yolks
- 135 g soft butter
Preparation
Lemon curd is used as a spread on bread and biscuits, or as a filling in pastries and cakes such as cupcakes or scones.
1. Lemon juice, sugar, Jakobsens Everyday Honey and egg yolks are mixed in a thermomixer (powerful blender) and blended for 6-7 minutes. at 60 degrees and then 2-3 minutes at 80 degrees.
2. Then mix in the soaked husblas.
3. Finally, blend in the butter.
