Ingredients
- 250 g ribs

3 tbsp. Jakobsens Organic Acacia Honey
Preparation
1. Start by rinsing the currants and putting them in a freezer bag with Jakobsens Akacie Honey. Make sure there is some air in the bag before tying a knot.
2. Shake the bag 4-5 times over an hour. Then pour the currants into a bowl.
If you want completely burst berries, you can mash with a fork at the end.
Serve rice ribs with honey as an accompaniment to a good grilled steak, in snob bread, with ice cream or on a cheese plate.
