Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 1 pk. feta cheese
- 500 g arugula
- 100 g pecans
- 50 g pumpkin seeds

100 g Jakobsens Danish Liquid Honey
- 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
1. Wash and cut the strawberries in half and crumble the feta.
2. Toast the pecans and pumpkin seeds in a hot pan with a little salt.
3. Rinse the arugula and place in a bowl with the halved strawberries.
4. Mix the honey, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper well and pour over the salad. Toss well.
5. Top with the toasted pecans and pumpkin seeds and feta.
Serve the salad as a side dish for summer barbecue menus or enjoy it on its own.
