YOUR JUDGEMENT
Ingredients
- 2 pieces of tuna steak (can be frozen)
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 8-10 new potatoes
- 1 bunch asparagus
- Honey marinade:
- 2 tbsp. Jakobsens Danish Honey
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- Fresh coriander
Preparation
1. Start by pouring water over the potatoes to just cover them. Add plenty of salt, as this will prevent the potato flavour from disappearing into the water. They should cook for no longer than 5-8 minutes, or until you can stick an oven knife halfway through without encountering resistance.
2. When they are ready, drain the water and cover the potatoes with a cloth until serving.
3. Mix the honey marinade and brush the tuna. Heat a pan with oil and place the tuna on the pan when it is hot. They should fry for 3-4 minutes. on each side, then they are cooked through. If you want them pink in the middle, fry for only 1-2 minutes. on each side.
4. Then fry the asparagus in oil for a few minutes so that they are still crispy.
Serve with a few slices of lemon.
