Orange salad with honey glazed beets

Ingredients

  • 150 g Jakobsens Danish honey
  • 2 oranges
  • 250 g white cabbage
  • 100 g salad mix
  • 150 g yellow beets
  • 100 g apple vinegar
  • 100 g good oil
  • Urter
  • Butter for frying

Preparation

1. Peel the oranges and cut them into 1 cm slices.

2. Heat a pan and fry the orange slices in honey.

3. Peel the yellow beets and cut them into halves or slices. Boil them until tender and fry them in butter and honey.

4. Finely chop the cabbage and toss with the salad. Season with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.

5. Toss the orange and honey-glazed beets with the cabbage.

6. Arrange and serve the salad and garnish with herbs.
