Christmas muesli with honey, cinnamon and cranberries

Ingredients

  • 3.5 dl Jakobsens coarse rolled oatmeal
  • 1/2 dl pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 dl sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 dl walnuts
  • 1 dl almonds
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 pinch of table salt
  • 50 g coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp. Jakobsens Liquid Danish Honey

Preparation

1. Turn on the oven to 150 degrees convection.

2. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl - except the cranberries.

3. Heat the coconut oil with the honey in a small saucepan until the coconut oil is completely melted - stir well.

4. Pour the mixture into the bowl for the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

5. Line a baking tray with baking paper and put the mixture on it.

6. Bake the mixture for 10 minutes. Keep an eye on the muesli so it doesn't burn - ovens differ.

7. Stir the mixture a little and give it another 3-5 minutes.

8. Take the mixture out and toss it with dried cranberries.

9. Allow to cool completely before placing in a glass or container.
