Baked oatmeal with blueberries and honey

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 dl. milk
  • 2,5 dl. Jakobsens coarse rolled oatmeal
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla powder
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 100 g raspberries
  • Jakobsens Danish Liquid Honey
  • Skyr or yoghurt

Preparation

1. Mash the bananas with a fork and mix them with eggs, milk, oatmeal, baking powder and vanilla.

2. Put the dough in a greased tin and top with blueberries and raspberries.

3. Bake the oatmeal in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180°C and serve with liquid honey and skyr.
