Yoghurt with crispy honey toast and berries

Preparation

1. Cut the bread into small cubes.

2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. When the pan is hot, add the butter.

3. Bring to the boil and then add the honey - bring to the boil.

4. Place the bread in the pan and toss in the honey for 2-3 minutes until golden.

5. Remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a rack with baking paper until it is completely crispy.

6. Serve the crispy, honey toast on yoghurt and top with fresh favourite berries.
