Baked grapefruit

Preparation

1. Cut the grapefruit in half and remove the flesh from the lamellae with a small knife.

2. Put 1 large teaspoon of honey on top of each grape.

3. Place chopped pistachios or almonds on top of the honey and place the fruit in a baking dish.

4. Bake the fruit in the oven for about 10 minutes. at 200 degrees.

Can be enjoyed as breakfast, snack or as dessert served with a little vanilla ice cream.
