Ingredients

Preparation

1. Mix water, elderflower juice, lemon and syrup together and season to taste.

2. Cut strawberries into thin slices.

3. Put a little juice and a slice of strawberry in each ice-cream mould.

4. Put the ice cream in the freezer for an hour.

5. Remove the ice cream and fill it completely with juice. Put a few strawberry slices in each.

6. Put the sticks in and put them back in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
