Ingredients
- Pastry dough:
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sugar

½ dl Jakobsens Danish Flower Honey
- 100 g flour
- Honey cream:
- 2½ dl cream
- 2½ dl sour cream, 18%

2 tbsp. Jakobsens Acacia Honey
Preparation
Pie dough
Grease a pie dish (approx. 25 cm) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Beat the eggs, sugar and honey until frothy and gently fold in the flour. Pour the batter into the pie dish and bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes. The oven should be at the right temperature from the start.
Honey cream
Whip the cream and stir in the sour cream and honey. Spread a little of the honey cream on the cooled honey tart and decorate with berries or fruit according to season. The rest of the cream is served as an accompaniment.
