Beer cake with honey

1. Whisk together beer, brown sugar, Jakobsens Danish Heather Honey and eggs until smooth.

2. Sift the flour, cinnamon, cloves and baking soda into the mixture and stir to combine.

3. Pour into a greased French loaf tin and place in a cold oven. Bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes at 175 degrees.

When the cake is baked, remove it from the tin and cool on a wire rack.

Tip :
Can be sliced and served with cold butter.
