Oatmeal pancakes with caramelised apples

1. Cut the apples into slices.

2. Heat a pan with syrup and reduce on low heat for 5-7 minutes - the consistency should be more viscous than liquid.

3. Put the apples in the pan with salt and cinnamon. Turn them around for a few minutes.

4. Mix the batter for the pancakes by whisking together the oatmeal, eggs, wheat flour and syrup.

5. Heat a frying pan, add butter and let it brown. Fry small oatmeal pancakes until golden.

Serve with caramelised apples.
