Butter dough bread with liquid Danish honey, walnuts and gorgonzola

  • 35 minutes (working time approx. 10 minutes)
  • 4 persons


  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • 3 tbsp. Jakobsens Dansk liquid honey
  • 100 g gorgonzola
  • 50 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 50 g chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp. fresh thyme
  • Salt flakes or coarse salt


  1. Roll out the dough sheet and spread honey on the surface
  2. Spread the gorgonzola, parmesan cheese, walnuts and thyme and roll up the dough sheet
  3. Cut the dough roll in two lengthwise and twist the dough into a spiral
  4. Place the spiral on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 175°C for approx. 25 minutes.
