Bircher muesli with apple

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 30 g Jakobsens Coarse Rolled Oatmeal
  • 1 dl apple juice
  • 1 tsp. Jakobsens Acacia Honey
  • 0,50 tsp. cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp. cardamom
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1 dl Greek yoghurt, skyr or natural yoghurt
  • Topping:
  • 1 dl fresh blueberries
  • 1 dl granola
  • coconut flakes

Preparation

1. Grate the apple coarsely on a grater.

2. Mix the apple with the remaining ingredients in a container and refrigerate until the next day.

3. Mix the cold porridge with 1 dl yoghurt and arrange in two bowls.

4. Top with fresh blueberries, granola and coconut flakes as desired.
