Pancakes

1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Grate the lemon zest.

2. Melt the butter.

3. First mix the milk into the dry ingredients, then the melted butter and finally the egg. Mix the ingredients well to form a smooth dough.

4. Whisk the honey into the dough.

Fry the pancakes for 1 ½ minutes on each side in a little butter.

Mascarpone

1. Whisk mascarpone and morning topping well together.

2. Add the cream and whisk the ingredients together until fluffy.

Sprinkle fresh berries, mint and morning topping over the cream.
