Ingredients
- 500 g Greek yoghurt
- 125 g Danish Local Honey
- 250 g fresh strawberries
Preparation
1. Blend Greek yoghurt with honey and strawberries until smooth.
2. Freeze the yoghurt mixture in an ice cream maker or in a container in the freezer (stir regularly during freezing if the ice cream is made without an ice cream maker, and thaw slowly in the refrigerator before serving)
