Honey fried rye bread with goat cheese and Parma ham

  1. Cut out the bread slices into 8 circles
  2. Melt the butter and honey in a small frying pan and toast the bread slices over a low heat
  3. Place a slice of gingerbread on each piece of bread and place in the oven until the cheese begins to melt and turn golden
  4. Serve with Parma ham, rosemary and a drizzle of Danish liquid honey
