Ingredients
- 4 small slices of rye bread
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. Jakobsens Organic Flower Honey
- 8 slices of gederulle
- 4 slices Parma ham
- 4 sprigs rosemary
Preparation
- Cut out the bread slices into 8 circles
- Melt the butter and honey in a small frying pan and toast the bread slices over a low heat
- Place a slice of gingerbread on each piece of bread and place in the oven until the cheese begins to melt and turn golden
- Serve with Parma ham, rosemary and a drizzle of Danish liquid honey
