Muesli rolls with oatmeal and honey

1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and add the honey and salt.

2. Stir in the oatmeal and muesli topping, and add the wheat flour a little at a time.

3. Knead the dough until smooth and let it rise, covered, for about 45 minutes.
4. Form the dough into balls, place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave to rise for about 30 minutes.

5. Bake the buns for about 15 minutes at 185°C.
