Ingredients
- 5 dl. lukewarm water
- 25 g yeast
- 2 tbsp. Jakobsens Danish flower honey
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 dl. coarsely rolled oats
- 3 dl. Jakobsens topping with nuts and legumes
- 500-550 g wheat flour
Preparation
1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and add the honey and salt.
2. Stir in the oatmeal and muesli topping, and add the wheat flour a little at a time.
3. Knead the dough until smooth and let it rise, covered, for about 45 minutes.
4. Form the dough into balls, place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave to rise for about 30 minutes.
5. Bake the buns for about 15 minutes at 185°C.
