Banana bread with agave syrup

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Beat the agave syrup with the egg until light and fluffy.

2. Mash the bananas and whisk them into the batter along with the coconut oil and peanut butter.

3. Add the wheat flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar and mix well.

4. Pour the dough into a small, greased rye bread tin.

5. Cut the banana lengthwise and place the two pieces of banana in the surface of the dough.

6. Bake the banana bread at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
