Ingredients

Preparation

1. Remove the peel from both mangoes and cut them into smaller pieces.

2. Put pieces of mango in a glass with honey and vanilla powder.

3. Blend with a hand blender until a homogeneous and creamy compote.

4. Season with the juice of half a lemon.

5. Layer the mango compote alternately with skyr or Greek yoghurt and top with granola.
