Gluten-free oatmeal with honey-roasted pears

1. Boil an oatmeal porridge from oatmeal and water.

2. Cut the pears into halves and remove the seeds.

3. Heat the honey in a frying pan and roast the pears over a low heat for 4-5 minutes until golden and soft.

4. Arrange the pears on the sea stew and serve with fresh blueberries.
