Fresh figs with liquid Danish honey

  • 4 Fresh figs
  • 4 tbsp. ricotta or goat cheese
  • 4 slices Parma ham
  • 1 tbsp. fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp. Danish liquid honey
  • Salt flakes or coarse salt


  1. Cut a cross in each fig so that it still hangs together at the bottom and spread cheese in the figs
  2. Spread the ham over the cheese
  3. Sprinkle with fresh thyme and drizzle with liquid honey
