Ingredients

Preparation

1. Cut the onions as finely as possible and fry them for about 5 minutes in a medium hot pan.

2. Add the honey and leave to caramelise until the onions are brown and soft.

3. Add the chopped thyme and vinegar and leave for 5 minutes. more.

4. Season with salt and pepper.
