Chia chocolate bread with blueberries and honey

  • 2 dl. skyr
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1-2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
  • 1-2 tbsp. Jakobsens Dansk liquid honey
  • 1 dl. blueberries
  • 1-2 tbsp. peanut butter (can be omitted)
  • 25 g dark chocolate


1. Mix the skyr with the chia seeds, cocoa and liquid honey.

2. Add the blueberries and stir them into the porridge.

3. Divide the porridge between two glasses and top with a layer of peanut butter if desired.

4. Cover and refrigerate the porridge for the next day or until min. 4 hours.

4. Melt the chocolate and place it over the cold porridge just before serving.

Serve with extra fruit or berries.
