Oat pancakes with skyr and honey

  • 2 dl Jakobsens coarse rolled oatmeal
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. Jakobsens Danish liquid honey
  • ½ dl melted butter
  • A little butter for frying
  • 1 dl skyr
  • 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
  • 250 g fresh fruit or berries


1. Blend all ingredients until a smooth dough and let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.

2. Heat some butter in a frying pan and fry 10-12 small pancakes.

3. Mix the skyr with the vanilla sugar.

4. Serve the pancakes with skyr and fruit or berries.
