Mini banana muffins

Ingredients

  • 150 g Jakobsens Coarse Rolled Oatmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bananas
  • 50 g Jakobsens Light Agave Syrup
  • 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 2 dl milk or oat drink
  • 100 g dark chocolate, coarsely chopped or in "buttons"

Preparation

1. Put everything except the chocolate in a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour the batter into muffin tins and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

3. Put the muffins in the oven at 175 degrees and bake them for about 20 minutes.

4. Let them cool and then store either in the fridge or freezer until serving.
