Oatmeal brownie with fresh berries

  • 75 g finely rolled oats
  • 50 g wheat flour
  • 15 g cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2,5 dl. milk or herbal drink
  • 3 tbsp. Jakobsens Danish flower honey
  • 2 tbsp. melted coconut oil
  • 25 g chopped dark chocolate


1. Mix oatmeal with wheat flour, cocoa and baking powder.

2. Add the milk, liquid honey and coconut oil and mix well.

3. Stir the chopped chocolate into the dough and put it into small, buttered ramekins.

4. Bake them for about 15 minutes at 175°C, let them cool a little and serve with blueberries, raspberries and a little skyr.
