  • 8-10 buns

Ingredients

Preparation

OBS! Just use a spoon to mix the dough - or a mixer if you have one.

1. The yeast dissolves in the water.

2. Add the honey and olive oil. Add all the flour and salt and mix well - the dough should be quite sticky. Finally, stir in the sunflower seeds.

3. Let the yeast work for about 30 minutes and place the bowl on the kitchen table - then cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate overnight.

4. The next morning take the dough out between 30 min. to 1 hour before baking.

5. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees convection.

6. Use two spoons to shape the balls and place them on a lined baking tray.

7. Bake the buns for 15 minutes at 220 garder hot air. Turn down to 200 degrees and give them another 3-5 minutes.

8. Leave to cool on a baking tray.
