Bread rolls with herbs

Ingredients

  • 15 g yeast
  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 100 g graham flour
  • 200 g whole milk
  • 40 g butter
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. Jakobsens Everyday Honey
  • Herbs: e.g. dried oregano or basil

Preparation

1. Boil the milk and dissolve the yeast and butter in it.

2. Add the eggs, honey and salt.

3. Add the flour a little at a time and knead the dough well until it is smooth.

4. Grease a 32 cm springform pan with a little oil/butter/spray and divide the dough into 10-14 pieces.

5. Shape the pieces into balls and place them in the springform pan like a pinwheel.

6. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 8-12 hours.

7. 1 hour before baking, the buns should be brought to room temperature.

8. Brush the buns with olive oil and top with dried spices.

9. Bake at 190° for 25 minutes, until golden.
