Yoghurt cheesecake with honey and lime

  • 100 g oat crackers
  • 50 g melted butter
  • 250 g Greek yoghurt
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100 g Jakobsens Danish liquid honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lime (peel)
  • Serving:

  • Limeskal
  • Blueberries
  • Walnuts


1. Finely crush the oat crackers, for example in a food processor.

2. Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter, spread the "batter" in the bottom of the muffin tins and put them in a cold place.

3. Mix the Greek yoghurt with the cream cheese, honey, egg and finely grated lime zest.

4. Pour the yoghurt mixture into the moulds and bake for about 25 minutes at 125°C.

5. Cool at least 3 hours before serving

6. Serve with liquid Danish honey, finely grated lime zest, blueberries and walnuts.

7. Store in the fridge or freezer.
