Ingredients
- Chia bread:
- 45 g chia seeds
- 2 dl coconut milk
- ½ tsp. vanilla powder
- 30 g Jakobsens topping with vanilla
- 2-2,5 dl Greek yoghurt
- Topping:
- Fresh berries
- Jakobsens topping with vanilla
- Optional muesli
Preparation
1. The night before, mix chia seeds with coconut milk, vanilla powder and honey in an airtight container and refrigerate until the next morning.
2. The next day, mix the chia and Greek yogurt.
3. Place the chia in bowls and sprinkle with your favourite muesli, vanilla morning topping and fresh berries or other fruit.
