Gluten-free rolls with oatmeal and honey

Ingredients

  • 4 dl. lukewarm water
  • 25 g yeast
  • 2 tbsp. Jakobsens light and mild honey
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 20 g psyllium husk/locust bean husk
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 75 g Jakobsens gluten-free fine rolled oatmeal
  • 100 g almond flour
  • 100 g Jakobsens gluten-free rolled oats, ground into flour
  • 50 g rice flour
  • Oatmeal for sprinkling

Preparation

1. Stir yeast into water and whisk with honey, salt, physillum seeds and chia seeds and leave for about 10 minutes.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

3. Form the dough into balls, place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave to rise for about 35 minutes.

4. Brush the bread with a little milk and sprinkle with oatmeal.

5. Bake the buns at 200 °C for about 40 minutes.
