Preparation

1. Bring the oatmeal and water to the boil in a saucepan and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring regularly.

2. Put the peanut butter in a small bowl and add about half of the water.

3. Mix well, it will lump a little at first, but will become creamy and soft in the end.

4. Add the rest of the water and the acacia honey and mix well to form a creamy peanut "sauce".

5. Cut the apples into cubes and roughly chop the walnuts.

6. Sprinkle cinnamon over the walnuts.

7. Serve oatmeal with apple, walnuts and creamy peanut butter sauce with Jakobsens morning topping.
