Ingredients

Preparation

1. Bake the sunflower seeds in the oven for about 12 minutes at 150 degrees until they are slightly golden. Leave to cool.

2. Place the sunflower seeds in a powerful blender or food processor with the other ingredients and blend until completely smooth and creamy. It takes about 10-15 minutes.

3. Add a little more neutral oil if necessary. The longer the butter is blended, the creamier it will become.

4. Continuously scrape the edges of the blender to get it all in. Add more honey and spices to taste.

5. Put the creamy sunflower/almond butter in a scalded jar and store at room temperature.

6. Use the sunflower/almond butter on ice cream, buns, porridge, yoghurt or similar.
