Baked oatmeal

  • 2.5 dl Jakobsens coarse rolled oatmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ½ dl Jakobsens Liquid Danish Honey
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • Suggestions for filling:
  • Frozen wild berries and almond slivers
  • Or
  • Chopped chocolate and hazelnut flakes
  • Or
  • Peanut butter and raspberry jam
  • Or
  • Carrots, walnuts and cinnamon
  • Or
  • Blueberries and coconut
  • Or
  • Plums cut into halves


1. Blend the oats, eggs, bananas, honey and baking powder to a smooth dough.

2. Put the dough into greased ovenproof bowls, add the desired filling and stir a little.

3. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 175°C and serve.
