Preparation

1. Blend the dates finely - either using a fork or a mini chopper.

2. Add the peanuts, peanut butter and honey and blend until combined.

4. Put in the fridge while the chocolate melts.

5. Coat the balls with chocolate and garnish with a few extra peanuts on top.
