Ingredients
- 2 dl Peanut butter

1 dl Jakobsens Danish honey
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl Jakobsens coarse rolled oatmeal
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
1. Whisk the peanut butter, honey and eggs well together.
2. Grind the oatmeal into flour with a blender or in a food processor.
3. Pour in the oatmeal, stirring in the baking powder
4. Form the dough into 8-10 cookies and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper
5. Bake them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes
6. Let the cookies cool before serving
