Ingredients

200 g Jakobsens Acacia Honey
- 2 whole cinnamon
- 3 pieces star anise
- 1 whole duck
- 1 kg potatoes
- 100 g flour
- 100 g butter
- Water
Preparation
1. Put the star anise and cinnamon in a pan with the honey, heat until it liquefies and remove from the heat. Leave to infuse.
2. Sprinkle the duck with salt and brush it with the glaze 3-4 times. Then roast the duck at 150 degrees for 3 hours.
3. Add 8 dl of water to the pan 1 hour before it is done
4. Melt the butter in a pan and add the flour. Whisk until it is a uniform mass. Add the stock from the frying pan and season with salt and pepper.
5. Garnish the duck with a little thyme and serve with boiled potatoes and skysauce
