Honey pickled walnuts with thyme and rosemary

  • 10 minutes + min. 1 hour soaking time

  • 200 g walnuts
  • 1 large sprig rosemary
  • 1 large sprig of thyme
  • 250 g Danish liquid honey


1. Put the walnuts in a jam jar

2. Put rosemary and thyme in the glass

3. Pour honey over and let the walnuts soak in the honey

4. Serve with cheese or on top of skyr or yoghurt.
