Honey roasted salted nuts

1. Lightly toast the almonds in a dry, hot frying pan for a few minutes, turning them regularly, until they smell fragrant.

2. In a small bowl, stir the honey into the water.

3. Take the pan off the heat and pour the honey water over the almonds. Stir well so that all the almonds are nice and shiny.

4. Put the pan back on the heat and stir until all the water has evaporated and the almonds are glazed - this takes a few minutes.

Pour the almonds onto a piece of baking paper and separate them.

Sprinkle or grind sea salt on the almonds and let them cool.

Store the almonds in an airtight container.
