Strawberry cold bowl with Danish honey

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 tbsp. Danish Local Honey
  • 1 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
  • 1/2 litre of cream
  • 250 g fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 litre buttermilk
  • Serve with fresh strawberries and meringues


1. Beat the egg yolks with the honey and lemon zest.

2. Add the cream and stir together.

3. Blend the strawberries with the buttermilk and stir into the yoghurt mixture.

4. Slice the strawberries and serve on top of the cold cabbage with the chamomile juniper berries.
