Preparation

The glaze is calculated from a cooked ham of 1-1,2 kg.

1. Pour the ingredients into a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes until it becomes an ice cream.

2. Remove the net from the ham and score a lot of cubes on top (to get the delicious honey flavour down to the meat).

3. Place the ham in an ovenproof dish and pour the glaze over it.

4. Put the ham in the oven at 200 degrees for about 75 minutes. Every 15 minutes, pour some of the glaze from the bottom of the dish over the ham.

When serving, the glaze can be used as a sauce.
